I'd just like to warn you to not waste the money I did and get the Altec Lansing surround sound. If you go to Best Buy they have these 2 altec headsets that look exactly the same except the surround sound set has a module in the cord that needs a AAA battery. The one set is $39 and the other is $99. I bought that surround sound set and I dislike it greatly. For one, the module flops around and bangs against the desk. Also, the surround sound is pretty good for music but you will get spatially disoriented if you use it in game.
