From this point forward any person or persons may be slapped by a person of authority (whereas a person of authority is a man and not a woman). However the person of authority must follow the following clause, named and reffered to hereafter as The Bitchslap Clause, this clause contains 2 (two) parts.
PART I: The person of authority must have proper cause to initiate the "BITCHSLAP". Suitable reasons include but are not limited to bitchiness, whoriness, slutyness or otherwise any other insulty-ness word.
PART IIa: The person of authority must either in-slap or pre-slap yell out "SLAP!!", or the slap is null and void and the bitch(whereas "the bitch" refers to the person being slapped) may slap the person of authority with no need to follow The Bitchslap Clause.
PART IIb: The person of authority must follow the slap by yelling out "BITCH!!"
EXCEPTIONS: There is one and only one exception and that is Daniel Blanda, who can be slapped at anypoint in the day with no provocation and The Bitchslap Clause need not apply to this exception.
VETOES: congress (whereas congress is c-jiz, wang, stubaka, superjoo, brycie, slice or any other approved representative) may veto the bitchslap with a two-thrids vote, and unless stated otherwise must award the bitch with 3 complimentary slaps on the person of authority. Vetoes may also result in revocation of bitch slap priveledges.
MISC.: As of this point (this point being 5:36 pm on the thriteenth of febrary 2006) this document hereby takes priority over any similar or identical documents and voids all conflicting documents.
