ive been sitting here trying to install cz on my laptop, and when i get to the part where I have to put in disk #2 is freezing up after I put it in...no clue why.....

Freezing up as in you can't even get the mouse to move? What do you do to fix it? Reboot? If so, you try it again and it does the same thing? Argh!
I have questions. Get on Aim and put in "Punx Puppet"

i can move the mouse and all, but the install doesnt go anywhere, so i alt+ctrl+delete and it says that the install is not responding

Did you make sure that you have all apps shut down during the install? Check your task bar to make sure there aren't any icons for other apps and try it again. If it's XP then go to RUN and enter EVENTVWR and look at the application log at the top and see if there is anything in there that explains why it's crapping out. You ever installed it on this laptop before?

nopei never have....by other apps, would that include ant virus stuff etc?

Did you try cleaning your second CD? Maybe it's just got one spot on it that the cdrom drive can't get past. Do you have enough disk space for the program? Please insert another quarter for the next 3 minutes. We should be on AIM!!!!!

why are you even using the cd ? just download steam and download cz from steam.

haha yes finally. Anyway, question two, I have cable internet, and I want to hook it up to my laptop for when I'm home, so I need to get a wireless router since my laptop is three floors up from my other computer, which should I get and how much will it cost me?
