I need help trying to figure out what is happening when im in a game and im just standing there,i have sight of all my surroundings and then out of nowhere it says i killed myself . how can that happen? Is it a hacker or someone glitching? it didnt just happen to me but to my teammate also i was looking at him and he just dissapeared and it said he killed himself and i know there was no way.

Are you sure it said he killed himself? Did it show a skull and crossbones or did it show someone killing you? If it showed you being killed with a knife then its an OPKer, otherwise I don't know..
It could be someone tapping (not to be confused with mouse tapping), where someone disconnects their internet chord, runs around and kills people while they're shown to be in the standing still then reconnects and it counts all the kills.
If you're just dying.. then I have no idea what it could be.

You weren't moving? Are you sure you weren't running up/down stairs? The only time that happens to me when I encounter random stair deaths.
