The "nickname" you refer to is usually known on forums as a custom title.

Super Moderators are Wii Pros staff members. I'm not sure how Shoutbox King is earned, but I think it's only given to one member and it's probably because he's the official shoutbox moderator.

When you reach a certain amount of posts, your rank (Junior Pro) will change automatically. At present I don't believe you can create your own custom title but you might want to suggest it to the staff as a future feature.
