New I heard on the plane monitors coming back from Canada was that this bus was full of people with medical conditions and on oxygen tanks. It was believed the problem was started because of the brakes. Think about it. If someone was smoking, you'd be able to get off the bus after the fire starts, but if your oxygen tank blows, well, that doesn't give you much time, especially if you're physically disabled.
