Message: <blockquote data-quote="TerranUp16" data-source="post: 124376" data-attributes="member: 5920">In response to the initial topic, recreating a model from scratch does not invoke copyright laws.  Considering that we could not even open the model, we can't even be sure if the one listed as the creator actually created it.  It could just be a screenshot from something else.  All we had was a screenshot.And, what I meant by "redoing the wc3sear.ch models" is that the models have pretty much been redone in GTW style, with GTW reqs and whatnot.  They are no longer based off of the wc3sear.ch models.  They have their own skins, and look quite different.</blockquote>
