I'm desperate, this bug is the worst ever. help me please!

I dont know what to do, i have the bug that i can't talk to my clan and my friendlist is empty now........... I CAN'T TALK TO MY CLAN!!!!!!!!! They appear offline and me too. So does that mean i have to create another account?.............. i dont want to create another account cause im high rank and i bought some nx. My friend in my clan bought a name color change and he gift one and right after the bug started. I alredy had this bug before but after one or two deconection+ reconection the problem was fixed. Now there is nothing to do.... This is the worts bug i have erver seen and i wont play anymore in those condition.
Can someone please help me...... im desperate....

Your not the only one. Mine was screwed up today. So pretty much nothing we can do except for wait.

You are right, i spoke with a lot of poeple that have the same bug.... nexon should REALLY do something soon. Mayby if we send enough tickets to nexon they will do something about that....
