Inbox and gifting

Okay i just wanted to know if you could gift things to other people (for example a sniper or whatever),and how do you get stuff in your inbox

I have tried several times to gift people what they desire, but i cant give them anything. I have plenty gp to spare and i have what i want.

You can only gift NX items.....

GP gifting is currently not available and it won't be implemented for a while. As Bostro said, only NX Pre-Paid is in use.
