Sanctioned clans are those whoses forums are hosted at www.punxclan.com soley.

You can click on the NSFW area and you will see a support link.

This is quick and simple and gives you rights to a few items, that are just starting up.

Bessides the few dollars to become a supporter helps the server out with upgrades and enhancements.

I know you L3 guys really love to play on the PuNx CZ server and that is what the money is helping.

The heading of that section of the forums is "Subscriber Area". You have to pay $10 USD/year to have access to that area (from what I gather).

i think what mach is asking is that since l3 is jsut as much part of punx as other clans I.E. one87, bio and the others, why cant they see the 'special' areas. he raises a good piont, however mach i think hte issue is that you dont have or need forums here....
