Left arm KO

Anyone know why on 90% of the players have a left arm acc. score? On alot of players under psychostats their hitbox always has left arm red and the rest green/yellow... is it just a glich or what? what's so big about the left arm?

Find a pic of that and look at it.

Think about shooting that man while he is running at you from far away.
