Russian key sites have Mw3 priced at around 17 bucks and the cheapest I've seen a mw3 account on this site is 10, so you're getting the best deal I can possibly give you. I've never cheated on the account, steam guard is disabled, and you can change the e-mail/password to whatever the hell you want. I think it has Magika on it too, if you care.
