I had to post this here because I cannot attach photos in the computer thread.

I got my stuff assembled and running Sat night. I haven't tried to OC yet, but I did install COD2 and check out the graphics. I like what I see so far. I still need to do alot of installing and tweaking, but here are some pics:

very nice setup. I would have gone 2 gigs of ram tho.....considering this new games like BF2 require so much....

GL with it.

P.S. hopefully ill upgrade this summer when Conroe hits the shelfs

nice setup sux, love it. never used a dfi board before. a little hesitant on those, supposed to be great performance boards, but they do have some instability issues. like the system though. KICK ASS!!

Slick - I did do a budget "upgrade", so I re-used case, DVD-RW, Floppy, RAM, and HDD

Next on the menu is a better heatsink and fan, then 2 gig of good ram, raptor hdd(s), and vid card cooling

Tony - I do not know your sources, but I have had a DFI board in my work comp running an overclocked 3000+ for over a year now with not so much as a hiccup. I multitask heavily and the machine never gets a break. It has been just as stable, if not more so, than any Abit or Asus board that I have had that cost twice as much. I am a stickler about stability. I don't give two shits if you have a machine running at 4 ghz if it shits the bed in the middle of a game (or anything else).
