need help with clan again

So now im ssg and i wanna make my own clan, and i cant do that either! I will post a picture below in a second after i get to the game and take a screen shot. Also i will post pictures of what the admins of the game told me.

I hope you guys could help me create a clan


Pretty much it just doesnt do anything when i wanna join/create/search for a clan. it wont load when i click APPLY or CREATE or FIND. does anyone know a fix for that?
