I have a friend that tried to use paypal to get nx cash on his account, when he logs in it says that its nx other, he has some regular nx cash, but its not enough to buy anything. it wont combine the two, and when he tries to buy something, it says that he doesnt have enough. on the site where he purchased it, however, it displays it as a lump sum. can I get a little help with this? thank you.
