First, you need to find a place to put your picks on the internet. Photobucket (www.photobucket.com) is a good place. Just create and account and you can start uploading pictures. Imageshack is good, and xs.to (i think) is okay, but the load times are really long. Upload.com is suppose to be good, but i've never tried it. After you upload your pics, you'll have a URL that will link to your picture. You can either post the URL or put it in BBCode in the post:
