I don't think so as I've seen plenty of Hitler miis.

When you post your mii to 'Check Mii Out' it will give you a code.
If you did not record that code, heres a way to find all your miis.

First, Post a mii that is not famous or resembles anyone. (A unique mii, could be yours)
Second, Write down the code it gave you when you uploaded it.
Third, use search, and enter that miis number. You mii should be the only thing there now.
Forth, Select him/her, and press on 'Call Friends'. All your other miis you made should run in.
Fifth, Select the mii you want and press profile, write down their codes.

If you upload a celebrity mii this may not work because at step 4, other miis that look like it will show up instead. That is why having a unique mii is used to find your other miis, since they are no other miis like it.
