Some people aren't able to purchase Resident Evil 6 because it's unavailable in loads of regions. I'm buying the game for people who can't purchase it themselves in exchange for $35 on PayPal, that way they save $5, get a game unavailable in their region, and I make a small profit.

Was it really that hard to understand?
