I had no problem at all with you or Reaper. I just think it would be a mistake to follow him down the wrong path. Yeah this is just a game but everyone of the regs seem to be pretty close here. Hell a bunch of people are getting together for the weekend. Yeah there are other servers you can play on, but do you think you are going to find this kind of atmosphere somewhere else.

no i love this atmosphere...well most of the time..but u see the "regs" i wood want in the clan are allready recruited everyone else isnt that great or just doesnt want a clan one time or another the server wont b full and some new guy will come in but that doesnt happen too much

No reason to rush to fill it up. Thats what we did with LrK and it was a mistake. We recruited alot but then had to go back and weed some mistakes out. But shit if you got 8 or 9 members thats more than enough. Just dont go down with a sinking ship. Then again Reaper is being given a second chance that alot of people don't get. If he'd man up and admit he was wrong and appologize, I'm sure it will work out.

The three servers you talked about earlier are, imho, a waste.
Lo3 has one scrim server. We share it with PuNx. We are not looking to fill up this scrim server or any other server with loads of people. We are using it for scrims. Quite a few people from here go to it when PuNx is full or if it is down.
Get one server and use it for scrims. There are enough public servers out there currently.
It is not easy to fill a clan, but filling it in 2 days is a little bit out of hand. We started with 5 guys and then we started to make decissions on how we should go forward and who else to look at for a recruit.
People come and people go all the time. Keep an eye on participation and keep everyone you have interested. Make sure that everyone that you recruit knows about Scrimming. Don't take people in to be a part of the clan.
You are only as good as ALL the members in the clan. One bad apple can tarnish the opinion for the rest.
OK you and "reaper" are the leaders of this clan. Boot everyone out. Keep it just the two of you and gradually build back up... DO NOT pick every tom, dick, and harry, off the server to be in your clan. Watch your recruits and Observe what they say and do. Cause everything they do reflects back on your clan, not on the individual. Then decide as a clan, a "Whole Clan" if he or she deserves to be apart of what your trying to build.

to medics post: im not even sure we have 9 players once i think about it i can only count about 5 but the thing is im not trying to recruit a lot but im waiting for the rite ppl to come in so i can recruit. when i said recruit "many" i meant many that we actualyl need.
to worms remark as i have said to omni the servers are free for me so its not a waste and to fieros remark actually none of the ppl left in our clan are from this server they are all my old clanmates from my old clan which was L33T!!! but then once we entered czl-cal the competition got to everyone nad we broke up

Not just a waste of money they are a waste of time. You will be bored in your own servers. Why have 3 servers? If I could have 3 servers I wouldn't (and I could). I will be adding a CSS server again this year...we tried it in 2005 but Source wasn't making anyone happy at the time with the system requirements.
You should kick everyone out of MK4 and/or make them wear R tags.
