S1 silencer and reflex sight?

I have two quick questions about the S1 silencer and reflex sight.

The S1 silencer says it gives -10% recoil. Does that mean that it makes your gun jerk more, or less? In short: Is it a good thing, or a bad thing.

The reflex sight says that it affects "aiming". What does that mean? Is that recoil? Or accuracy?

I'm sorry if these questions have already been asked. I've looked but I can't find any answers.

Thx in advance.

With the silencer, you will have less recoil that normal... Just like you though. :)
As for the reflex sight, I'm not sure. I've never had it before.

yes the -10% recoil is a good thing, it does stop your gun from jerking around, as for the reflex, from the few times ive picked it up, it seems to decrease your mouse sensitivity a bit (meaning your gun moves slower (actually quite handy))

Are you sure? I've been testing and I'm almost positive the gun jumps more with a silencer on than without. Try it with the AK-74, its extremely apparent on that gun.

Only the S1 will take 10 percent recoil away. Try using the ak with and without it and you will notice a difference in the first 5 or so. After that, if your just spraying, it gonna go wild on you. Might wanna try tapping, it will keep your recoil down.

Av tried that sight. I am not a fan of it. It does make ur retical move slower in scope. Other than that, its pointless. Some might like it but its not for the style that I play.

good thing, and accuracy

Yes the -10% recoil means your gun wont move up when you spray shoot.

The reflex sight makes the movement a HUGE amound slower but very very very low recoil.

Okay. I'm almost certain you are all wrong. Have any of you actually tested this? Try the same gun with an without the S1 silencer. There is noticeably less recoil without the silencer on the gun.

About the reflex sight: Obviously when you scope in with it, it lowers your mouse sensitivity; that's the way all sights work. I'm not sure why people felt the need to write that, since it is painfully obvious, exactly the same as all the other sights, and has nothing to do with what I asked.

yea exactly. it also reduce the area in which shots are fired.

@UnholyReaper:

Was the "yea exactly" a response to my statement about the S1 silencer? If so you contradicted your first post. Which sort of confuses me...

Having it increase accuracy is kind of odd. Higher accuracy = your bullets hit where your aimer was pointing more often. It only really matters at long range. Since the reflex sight is supposed to be for short/medium ranges, it doesn't make sense that it would increase accuracy where a longer range sight does not.

First off, I have tested using an s1 to not using an s1. It does make a difference. I have tried this with the ak, g36, ump (b4 it got nerfed), and the scar. It all cases, the gun had less jump when firing.

2nd, you have never used the reflex sight. With any other scope, it does not effect the sensitivity. When using the reflex sight, it makes you move extremly slower. The scope is not ment for getting better range, but to make your retical move slower hence increasing the chances of hitting your target in close range.

So before you come on here and say we are all wrong, you might wanna know what you are talking bout.

Like many said above, the S1 silencer will decrease the recoil of a gun by 10%. The reflex sight, or the iTech scope your referring to, does reduce the recoil of the scope while scoped and lowers the mouse sensitivity. The iTech was designed for CQC (close quarters combat), not combat over mid to long range.
