scope incorrectly displayed

hey, not sure if that as been addressed previously but whenever i try to use my scope, the screen look a bit like a tv test pattern.

Is there something going on here? Am i missing a patch or something?

Getting pretty frustrating as means I cannot use a snipe at all.
