First of all, no one goes first on someone who has registered today and has no vouches, not even for 10-20$ and you're asking for 750$ in advance! Second of all, not a single acc has been bought or sold for over 200-300 euroes in history. If I were interested in buying your account, I'd offer 200$ max and I'm not interested anyway.

I really really didn't want to post but I just couldn't help myself when I saw your post.

Now i got scammed.. And the profile on this website had nice rep.. So, if steam wont help me, i'll put this website responce able for the false information and damage they've done to me, i recommand to answer within 5 days at Skype: jellehoekstraeet

And you said steam what? You were trying to sell your account and it was hijacked? They'll just disabled (formerly known as suspend) your account for that. What you need to tell steam is that someone hacked your account, then you have to provide proof of purchase. If they find out you were attempting to sell your acc, they'll just disabled it.
