Oke, if you want the truth. The roots to the truth is most people (yes im generalising), most people that sells steam accounts are scammers. How? I'll explain hold on... Now, for example, I purchased that account from you for about $2,000. I'm enjoying the account for 1 month? 6 months? 1 Year?... After a year or so, since you purchased those games you must and will have some sort of evidence, perhaps credit card evidence or CD-key if you purchased any games retail (not online).
Simply emailing "Steam support", you possibly can get the account back, and profit with the money. Due to this, "conspiracy scam" theory many other people whom interested owning the account lose their desire to purchase and own the account.
