As you have heard or seen ROCKTHEVOTE is no longer on the server.
The Way the mod worked was not always cohesive to game play.
Any person can start voting for maps.
If you go into console you can "vote 3" and it will start keeping track of who and what is voted and change the map when the appropriate amount of votes have been cast. Currently the server is set for 66% votes for one map. Before you all start voting you really need to discuss this in team talk before just voting.
Omniscient is working on the voting process and will keep us all informed once it has been completed.
Please keep in mind running a server is a constant effort from ban management, map management, mod management, and keeping all the steam patches up to date.
Also remember next week is "HL Server Admin Week" (this includes CZ CS CSS DOD and the whole run of games.) So if you see an admin please tell them thank you for keeping you in game, and not banning you.
