*In my best John Cleese voice* The top, my good, sir! As the page loads the shoutbox would just be there, without having to scroll all the way down to the very bottom, thusly, improving forum efficiency well pass 250%.

Bottom, otherwise you need to scroll down to far to reach the topics

But if it on the buttom u need to scroll down to look at it. So every time u come to the forum u is the active chat between ppl. And it dont take so much space.

i saw at the top, because then people can see whats going on in short without haveing to go down to the bottem, which i know might cause some people lag.

I am not sure if you recently did this, but now it seems the shoutbox updates more frequently by itself, so i do not have to push f5 and scroll all the time now

It should be at the top so I don't have to go down the the bottom of the page to view it. Also can you make it bigger too ? The box is alittle small...
