Im always afraid to try and breathe again, but I LEARNED that if you breathe all the air out slowly, Then WAIT, then try breathing in slowly, the pain ceases.</p><p></p><p>Good luck with that Ema, It shouldn't effect you for 3 months, maybe its infected?
