I can walk to this dudes house faster than I can walk to my kids school. some days I wish I had more guns, and less of an adversion to anal sex.

down here in sc they were tryin to pass a law that would require all registered sex offenders to wear gps trackable radio anklets for the rest of their life.

i can't decide if i'm for or against it. on one level, maybe the person did their time and has decided to live a clean life and not go back to their previous devience. on the other, around 80% of sex offenders said they'd do the same crime again. so it brings to light the question....what do we(as in society) do with these ppl?

personally i'm a fan of carlin's idea for a prison island. take all the murderers, sex offenders, and thugs and put them on an island in the middle of the ocean and let them kill, fuck, suck and fight until there are none left.

So what is 2nd degree rape?

Depending which state the crime is commited in there may be different statutes' but under law, a person is guilty of rape in the second degree when, being 18 years old or more, he or she engages in sexual intercourse with another person less than 15 years old. Under our law, it is also an element of this offense that the sexual intercourse was committed without the consent of that other person. Sexual intercourse takes place without a person's consent when that person is deemed by law to be incapable of consent. A person is deemed incapable of consenting to sexual intercourse when he or she is les than 17 years old. Thus, sexual intercourse with such a person is always deemed to be without that person's consent, even if in fact that person did consent.

That comes straight from the red book!!!!!
