So...if anybody else watched this. Don't you think that it was a little corporate aimed. I mean, who comes up with these winners and nominees. King Kong the game one like 8 awards, ditto with God of War, WoW one best PC game, which is ok, but Resident Evil 4 won best game of the year?!!??!?!??!! WTF?

i watched it last year, and yes, its corporate aimed, i dont think any "experts" or fans vote, its just whoever pays spike the most money, kind of like an hour long commercial. last year halo 2 won GOTY over halflife 2, which, if any of you who actually played the singleplayer on halo2 will know, sucked. half life 2 beats halo 2 in just about every single thing you could rate a game on, sound, graphics, controls, replayability (mods), the only people who say halo is better than half life 2 are the idiots who prefer xbox live over a pc because they cant get steam running :- /
