STEAM ACCT IN USE ON SERVER

Many of us have been kicked from the server today with the error message "steam account already in use on server" or something close to this. I did a status while playing and i was deffinately playing under someone elses steam id number as it did not match mine even though I was signed into my account. I disconnected from steam and reconnected and was back on my acct. when I reconnected to the server. No idea what the cause of this would be but weird for sure. We also had some of this on the Lo3 server today.

no its not authentication...his steam id is being used by some1 else which is why he gets kicked...i have had it happen to me before but it wasnt the reason for me getting kicked...

well when im using my friends steam id, and he logs on, i get booted and it says invalid tickets

what normally happens to me is that ill lose my wireless net for like 3 secs, get dc'd, and then when i retry in console, it views me as still on the server until i restart cs
