I tend to view all seriously addicting drugs (narcotics and others) as a terrible choice to take.  Anything that causes strong chemical addictions and seriously affects one's mind are all out bad.

Everyone I've seen who has had such addictions has had their life go in terrible directions because of it.  I don't want the same to happen to me.
