The end of my career as a modeler

NOOOOOO!!!!!!!! HOW CAN THIS BE HAPPENING!!!!!

Well, looks like my career as a model has come to a crashing end... My parents were investigating the computer and found all of the modeling stuff I had been using, and they said it was taking up way too much memory and causing our computer to crash a lot, so they wanted me to delete it. I decided that they did have a point: it was really screwing up our computer.

So, I guess for now, and the coming years, I won't be modeling anymore. May sometime in the not too distant future I'll start up again.
And this isn't a goodbye, just so you know. And don't try to persuade me to trick my parents and keep up modeling anyway. I've pretty much made my decision... :(

"Career"?

hey, saving your stuff in CDs is not tricking your parents, when you wanto to model you put the CD, make your shit and there it is ^^

I'm not here to say anything about modeling or anything of the like. I gave up modding quite some time ago and don't hold much interest to the skills of others.
But if you truly like to do, whatever you exactly did, then there is no reason for your parents to take it away from you. I, for one, wouldn't act too nice about it... though there are too many ways I can compensate it.

Therefore, I'd say, get your own computer.

well tenebrea does that mean you might not finish your legend of kelendras campaign? cause you were good at what you did

Well, seeing as how I'm only sixteen and I don't even have a decent job, I can't really afford my own computer. But actually, giving up modeling was partly my choice too. It was fun, but it was also driving me insane becuase I couldn't figure out how to do a lot of things on it.

And ben(trs), yes, this is the end of my Kelendras campaign, but if I ever do get my own computer in the future, or if this one gets fixed, then I might start it up again.

That you're sixteen isn't too important at this matter. Though I guess not having your own computer is quite normal too. Despite that I don't know how your family is financially, you could try to ask for one. Sooner or later it would come in handy anyway.

Well, I don't get anything. :p The only income I have is from my job (250 euro a month) but that is quickly spent on some other stuff.

But then again, I have my own computer...

I get uh... 20 zl(20/3 = over 6$) a month, so itll take some time before i can save up for a new comp. I guess its better than nothing though.

I recently applied for a job where I'll get paid 6-8 dollars an hour, and I'll work about four hours a day, six days a week, or something like that. I think I'm gonna save up to pay for getting this computer fixed. I's probably a lot cheaper than buying my own computer.
