I am getting ready to move to Atlanta next month.
My friend is moving out of his 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. located in Vinnings( northwest Atlanta I believe) off of 75 north.
he is giving me a deal on the rent, but doesnt want to get a loss by covering the rest of the mortgage so he wants me to find a roomate if I can. I might end up buying it but I doubt it so this will probably be temporary for me (around a year or so). but you might be able to stay there for longer if you wish. I will check on that.
rent:
not too sure, but I dont think it will be anything crazy high. If you are interested, reply to this and send me a pm. and I will find out what the rent will be.
requirments:
you can leave your room looking like a nuke went off in it all you want, but the living area will be kept clean. Other than that I probably wont care.
other details:
the 2nd bedroom is not that large.
the kitchen and 2 bathrooms have been completly renovated.
has a large deck that is in the process of being re-done.(should be finished by the time I move in).
