How do they get both microphones to work for the cast?

there is 2 staff members on offense, 1 is recording video, the other is doing commentary

there is 1 staff member on defense doing commentary

the 2 guys doing commentary are in vent together, and the same person recording video is recording sound from the vent broadcast channel
