Dude, no codecs...no fuckin' worries. I was so fuckin' tired of downloading codecs every fuckin' day to play every new fuckin' video file they used to fansub episodes. VLC is the way to go and its open fuckin' source. What more do you fuckin' want? Muti-platform ? DONE !

winamp is an amazing music player/organizer, but the video playback is limited and weak to me. plus i have issues all the time.

for me:
VLC for video
winamp for audio

win/win
