Hi I just reformatted my computer with vista ultimate 32 bit with nothing on it besides combat arms. The game quickly starts up in around five seconds with now lag at all. Once i'm in game though, on any server, full or empty, the game lags nonstop but very passively. On normal computers lag is just quick freezing. Mine however it never freezes but the controls feel "wolly" and every shot I take is literally retarded by around a second. These are my computers specs:
Pentium 4 HT 3.2 Ghz (single core)
Nvidia GeForce FX5200
2gb DDR
250gb HD
Nothing else on my computer lags and it is always super quick.
This is strange because my second computer never only lags on very full servers and in the normal quick stop and go fashion. And otherwise feels lightning quick in game. It has a windows XP home, 1.8 GHz pentium 4 single core, just over 750mb of ram and an Nvidia Geforce II or something similar.
P.S. My newer computer with visat lagged similarly when I has XP as well
