Has anyone seen the program that shows a possible link between the spread of AIDS and the vaccinations for polio in Africa (circa 1950-1960)??? They think now that free polio vaccinations in Africa may have caused a major step-up in the growth, mutation, and ease of transmission of the AIDS virus. They were using hundreds of Rheesus monkeys to nurture the virus (they'd let the monkeys build their resistance then derive the vaccine from the monkeys), and think that several monkeys were undetectably sick (with AIDS). When they took the vaccine from the monkeys, the virus then infected several batches of the vaccine. I hope this isnt true.

Although unlikely, shit like that is seriously possible.

I know they are needed, but our screwing around with all these vaccines and shit can one day REALLY fuck us. These guys better know what the fuck theyre doing.
