Yay! i collect large minis (im currently saving up for a 10" tall Tyranid im named after) i dont actually play.. its nerdy enough tha ti collect and paint them, but does anyone else?
I started collecting Lizardmen of Warhammer Fantasy.
So far, I've got 16 Saurus Warriors and 24 Skink skirmishers plus the Army Book.
I also plan to do some gaming with them, too.
I haven't begun collecting the WH40k stuff yet (plan to in the far off future).
I used to "collect" Dark Elves during the time I had RSI. In order to stay away from my computer, I had to find another thing to interest me. A friend of mine introduced me to Warhammer at that moment.
I haven't touched it for quite some time now though.
I have two things that I'm currently doing before planning on what models to get next: saving up & selling old stuff.
I've got so much stuff (thanks to my mom's habbit of buying lots) that I could be able to get rid of all the things we don't necessarily need, such as old records.
hmmm, i hope you're selling them with her permission. I would like to, at least i think i would. it would give me something to do when we go to model shops, at the moment, only my brother and father can enjoy them.
I used to collect it, but haven't really done it in a while now. I had Chaos (fantasy) Orcs (both Fantast & 40k)
Dwarves (Fantasy) and loads of LOTR miniatures (something like 200 orcs, it was all people sent me for my birthday ).
I still follow the background of the WH world and new releases but haven't played or painted in about a year.
Well, the only things I plan on selling are the containers of Lego, the Crazy Bones, the Trading Cards, and perhaps one video game that I've been bored of for awhile. Not touching the records yet.
I plan on getting a Scar Veteran for my Lizardmen force and get the Super Glue, which works for attaching metal parts to metal and/or plastic.
