[WTB] TF2 Steam Account; Specifics

Hello, I am looking to buy a new TF2 account. Unfortunately there are some requirements I would like to have with this account:

1. >200 Hours of TF2 (can be a bit lenient on this one)
2. Must have a cheater's lament in it's inventory
3. Must have a primeval warrior/grizzled veteran/soldier of fortune badge in it's inventory.

Those are the 3 main things I am looking for in the account. I am mainly looking for a TF2 account, but if the account has several games on it I may be willing to offer more. On the account i got games : metro last night , saints row 4 , rome 2 , payday 2 , l4d2 , chivarly , and others .... got also lots of trading cards and lvl 11 on steam account ...
