Account Been Banned For No Reason.

My two friend and I experience the same problem. We start the game fine but when when we reach the login page. We type our password n login, there will be a message and say 'Your ID has been permanently banned by Admin'. Thus we decided to go to the nexon website to login our account. However, after entering our ID and password. There is a message that say 'Your account is temporily locked for 10minutes because of multiple login attempts with wrong passwords. Please, try again after 10minutes'. We just login once and they said that. We try to login after 10minutes and 10minutes. The problem still there. I heard that we should file a ticket to nexon but i can't even log in my account how i file the ticket? We are still newbies to the game, we just play only about 1week. Anyone kind soul can help me?

This exact same thing happened to my boyfriend on the same computer I am using. He just decided to make a new account... It was weird though how on my computer it was not happening to my account but only his. He didn't bother to log on webpage or get tickets.. just new account solved it.

It's apparent you have malicious ware within your computer, get the problem(s) solved, your problem(s) will be solved.

malware is a lot more common than you think and you all could have visited the same site which loaded it onto your computer.

I'd write Nexon a email (or submit a ticket) inquiring the grounds for your ban. Keep it civil though: for all you know, its a justified ban.

i found out what his problem was and not mine. bf was actually using a batch file that will auto log-in.. what lazy ass would create a shortcut that will type in password then click enter. Apparently he typed password wrong and his batch file would try to re-log using same password (this he says made so it will attempt to log in when connection is slow).

It happened to my sister, and me, and i made a new account on a different computer, but it still happened ! ! i cant even log into combat arms website for some reason ! and seriously i didnt hack or glitch ! its soo stupid ! And im not gonna start a new account, cuz i worked on my last account !
