Dont respond to those emails, Dev.

But your girlfriend says you should respond to the penis enlargement ones ASAP...situation is getting critical I'd guess.

There is another reason not to respond to the emails.

When you do, it confirms to the scammer that its a valid email address and then can sell that email address off to other businesses (porn, viagra, and other junk mail companies).

So NEVER ever respond to an email, even if its to take you off their list. They'll just send you more junk mail and sell your email address.
