Ballion is based on the C64`er game Crillion. The code is written using the free ps2dev toolchain.

To play Ballion you need to copy it to a memory card or to ps2 hard disc. You need 7,1 MByte free space. You don't need a modified ps2 to play it. You can use the ps2 linux or the memory card exploit for booting. Files required for booting can be downloaded at ps2dev. Game states are saved on memory card in slot 1.

Example: ps2client -h 192.168.1.23 execee host:ballion.elf

For the WII version you need a gamecube game controller. Sound is not yet supported in this version. Hardware acceleration is not used, the PS2 version looks better. To save the game state, you need a gamecube memory card in slot B. You can load ballion with the Twilight Hack. When you press Z the ELF loader is reentered.

You need to destroy the blocks by touching it with the ball. The ball will automatically move up and down. You can only control the movement to left and right.

Block with a C will change the color of the ball and blocks with a P can be moved.
