CA Europe Rank Requirements Drop So Low

Check this out I went of the CA Europe site and I checked out what's everything like, expecting it to be the same...But it isn't. I would think many of us would have like the iTech Scope at SFC 3. Don't believe me? Check it out for yourself.

That sucks. I think that means the US is better lol J/K. It would be nice to get the iTech or how ever you spell it at a lower rank
