Take a look at the attached AVI file and answer the question above. The lasers and dots are added by the server, and he can't see them. The green dot represents the location of an enemy player. The red lines represent a straight line to the enemy. You are only seeing a small segment of the entire demo.

For some reason i can't play it...i downloaded & extracted it, but WinAmp refuses to play it and DivEx says its an invalied file...?

Sug, download it, go into the console in CZ and type "viewdemo nerdz"

Nah, it's not a demo, it's an AVI file that is zipped. I can play it in Winamp. I'll reattach it just in case.

You gotta be shitting me. You had to download fraps to view it? I created it with fraps. There must be some sort of codec you can use to view these outside of fraps. (puppet poking the mental capacities of the younger worm to spill his knowledge)

ok fraps worked.... but i have a question... Do you always see that shit while playing? Wtf is it?

Admins only see this "shit" during dead or spectator time. We never see it while alive (that would be cheating wouldn't it?). It is absolutely impossible for an admin to turn these lasers on during live time. The program is not designed to permit that.

Puppet I have always had this problem with fraps.

You have to install the FRAPS codec.

Maybe DIGI can re-encode this for a type that we can actually see in this window, like they do in NSFW or in Off Topic.
