well i re-downloaded combat arms becuase of problems and i re-installed but it looks as though i have a lack of files from my previous folder

ya thats what mine looks like, it should work fine now.

Well the reason it may look like you don't have as many files, Is because you may have had SS of the game. Other than that, Its fine
