what about a map where there are civilians walking around and cars moving and you still have to shoot your enemies and you could get in and out of taxies that woul cost like 5 gps that would be cool what do you guys think

They won't add a server just for NX users simply because NX is a temporary thing, sure you can rebuy, but unless they implement something such as WarRock's different type of premium upgrade, it won't happen.
