Loading Before Match Problem!!!

Im new at combat arms and i noticed a trend that is starting while i begin a match in a game. When i start the match, i have to wait about 3 minutes and then sit, spawned with the loading screen. This thing i noticed is after i die, i can control my character and the screen changed to the game.

Anyone know how to make the game load faster and not have to die before i can start playing?
