ya pretty much all the sites have youtube vids on creating the miis. it is probably better to watch the vids so that way you can see exactly how they do it. even though it is not very hard.

I don't know of any websites with a program that accomplishes re-creating famous people into Miis, the best thing to use are the two white orbs found in your head.
