well i dunno if this is the song u heard but this one brought a few tears to my eyes...u can get it from limewire or ares or w/e you use to get your music...or i can send it to you if you have aim..it is the dj sammy song called heaven 911 remix tributed to a lost parent from 9/11

well i coulda dropped tears bc i have a daughter it was easy to relate but w/e the case it is hard to listen to twice
