This tournament was made for any body that can get at least 5 dedicated players, all matches will be 5v5 so you MUST HAVE at least 5 registered players but you should have 6 to 7 registered players. The 6th and 7th registered players are there in case of a player no show you have a back up player also that player may switch with a match player. All players Steam ID’s will be checked before every match and All matches will be moderated to insure that all rules will not be broken, also to insure player switching and hacking. The tournament will be using Calcz.cfg so you will have 30 rounds 15 on each side before switching.
**Hacking/Cheating**
HACKING AND CHEATING WILL NOT BE PERMITED AT ANY TIME! If one of your team mates are caught hacking or cheating not only him but your team will be Permanent Banned from the server and the tournament no questions asks.
**Team Names**
When you make up your team name it must be RESPECTFUL nothing Raciest or anything that might offend some one. If so you will have to change it or you can not compete.
**Scheduling**
You probably where wondering about when this tournament is. As soon as enough people sign up we will send you a email stating when it starts and when your first match is. SO HURRY AND SIGN UP!!
**Voice Communication**
In-match voice communication software is enabled. But other communication software is preferred. For example (Ventrillo and TeamSpeak)
**Game play**
No Glitches or illegal flashing is Permitted!!
The first time you glitch or illegal flash you will have to forfeit that round.
If you glitch or illegal flash 2 times you will have to forfeit the match!
Custom sprays are fine but nothing like nudity and no raciest sprays.
**Bomb Planting**
It is legal to plant in hidden areas or in areas not normally reached through the use of boosting or jumping outside of the normal bomb zone as long as it is possible to defuse the bomb through normal means, including the use of boosting of a player to reach the bomb. If a bomb has been boost planted and the opposing team is unable to reach it due to a lack of players to reach the bomb, then it is still a legal plant. Silent planting is not allowed. Any team caught silent planting the bomb, whether purposefully or accidentally, will forfeit the match!!!
**Boosting**
Player boosting is legal with any number of players. Any area that can be reached on the map is considered a valid position as long as the position is not used to exploit the map by seeing into areas that are not intended. An example is being boosted in Aztec and looking through or over the wall to see where the opposing team is coming from.
**Map Exploits**
Any team taking advantage of any map exploits, whether new or known, will result in the forfeit for that match. Places like ledges that are accessible through boosting are valid, unless the location results in clipping or looking "over" the map. Multiple infractions of this rule will result in your team being removed from the tournament. This includes, but is not limited to the floating box in Nuke, the ledge bug in dust2, or the flash exploit in dust2 or cbble. However, such actions as throwing flashes over walls, as done in inferno and dust2 are perfectly legal. Also taking advantage of a missing texture or piece (which means that spot is see-through) will lead to penalties. PMC will have the final decision on whether something is an exploit.
**Server Crashes**
If a server crashes before 3 rounds have been completed, the server must be restarted and the game's score is reset to 0-0. If the server crashes after the 3rd round has completed, the game must be restarted and played with the same score. Furthermore, the maxrounds of the half is changed to equal the remaining rounds left at the point of the server crash.
**Connection Problem/Player drop!**
It happens to every body… but it is not the opposing teams Fault. If a player drop happens u must play it out until the dropped player comes back in. Any round losses or wins will stay at that! So if you have a player drop u better do your best to win that round without the dropped player.
**Spectators**
The only spectators allowed are PMC members to insure no infraction are being committed! No other spectators are allowed from either team.

If you do not have 5 registered players on match day u might have to forfeit but if you have 4 you may ask the opposing team if they want to scrim 4v4 if not you must forfeit that match! Also 2 no shows will get you kicked from the tourney, so if you can’t make it you must post in the “No Show†section of this tread! If you didn’t post before your time it will be counted as a No show! And any rule violations might kick you from the tournament or lose a match… If we forgot any rules u might want to know feel free to Post here and we all get right back to you.
