Playing VC games offline

If you download a VC game, is it possible to play it offline? Or does the internet connection always need to be on?

You only need to be online to download the game, after that it's stored on your Wii, so no need to stay connected

as stated above. once you download a game it becomes its own seperate channel

yes you can play vc game offline........it's like downloading a video off the internet to your computer.......you dont need internet watch that video since it's now in your computer........

Alright cheers guys. I didn't know if it sort of streamed it or not and my girlfriends not got the internet at her flat yet (where I keep my Wii) and didn't want to waste points.

cool, i have the net at my flat, but i just don't have wireless here (wifi thief lives downstairs), so i take my wii to my parents every time i go round, and get a few games or wii update every time i'm there

of course you can play it offline because as Jesta said, the game is stored onto your memory once it has been downloaded.
